Platinum Engineering Ltd (PEL) is committed to providing high quality services, deliverables, effective project management and outstanding customer service. Our goal is to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction at all times. Commitment to the implementation of supporting management and business systems is essential to realizing our goal.
Platinum operates a quality management system (QMS) to ensure that we deliver consistent high quality. We believe in working together with our clients in pursuing this policy and in continually striving for improvements in service quality.
Quality Policy Fundamental Principles:
1. Ensure full identification and conformance to the needs of our customers.
2. Look at our service provision processes, identify the potential for errors and take the necessary action to eliminate them.
3. Everyone provided what they require to do their job, understand how to do their job and do it right the first time.
To ensure that the policy is successfully implemented, staff will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, and ensuring that the correct procedures are followed to meet those requirements.

Within this policy we are committed to operating PEL under the disciplines and control of a Quality Management Systems following the International Standard ISO:9001:2000, planned and developed jointly with all employee and management functions.
We are all committed to operating continuously to this standard and we will maintain the necessary quality approvals consistent with our customer requirements.
Customer Satisfaction
We will perform continual reviews and implement improvements of services to ensure all tasks are completed in the most cost effective and timely manner for the benefit of all our customers.
Management representatives have the responsibility and authority to report on the performance of the quality management system, any need for improvement and ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements.
Health & Safety
Platinum recognizes the importance of health, safety and security - both during the project and after the project is closed. We maintain a company Health and Safety manual, are an Alberta Construction Safety Association (ACSA) member and are registered with a Certificate of Recognition (COR).
